Happy International Women’s Day:

“Annually on 8 March, thousands of events are held throughout the world to inspire women and celebrate achievements. A global web of rich and diverse local activity connects women from all around the world ranging from political rallies, business conferences, government activities and networking events through to local women’s craft markets, theatric performances, fashion parades and more.”

  • so… does this mean drunk men shouldn’t be shouting at drunk women on mardi gras about ways they can get some cheap plastic beads?

    • hahahahahaha

      awesome 🙂

Happy International Women’s Day! When I first met my Russian boyfriend he explained how March 8th is kind of like Valentine’s day and Mother’s day rolled into one! I thought it was just his excuse for getting out of Valentine’s day haha (no he doesn’t still live in Russia, he moved here when he was 11, just so you PoPpers don’t call ICE on me haha)

  • Alright… Happy international womens’ day to all the ladies out there… Here are some beads…. now show me your tits…

  • Chúc mừng ngày Quốc Tế Phụ Nữ! it’s a big deal in vietnam as well, though not as big as vietnamese women’s day (October 20). definitely the day to bring fruit and flowers into the office for your female coworkers.

  • It’s a big deal everywhere it seems, except the US. This is strange since Hallmark should be all over that shi t.

  • I think it’s great that women get a day of recognition. They deserve it!
