“Stella went missing today from 1st and D SE at 12:45pm on July 29th. Her home is at 15th and F NE. She is fairly shy, particularly towards men, but sometimes will answer to her name. She is about 60 lbs and 2 1/2 years old. She is brown, black and white with one blue eye and one brown eye.
