“My landlords found a beautiful Black Basset Hound named Prudence earlier this afternoon. She had a pink collar and heart-shaped tag with her name on it and her owner’s phone number. They found her wandering up on porches on Marlboro Pl, NW, which is near 4th and Taylor NW.”
