I’m insured through Kaiser in the DMV (closest to the Capitol Hill location) and have found it difficult to understand their therapy/counseling options. Has anyone else been able to find access to a therapist while insured under Kaiser, and if so, would you be able to provide tips? Did you make an appointment online or were you strictly able to find services by calling in? Were you limited to providers at certain locations only?”

I was wondering if anyone in the DMV area could recommend a good doctor for “not-insomnia-but-close”. Whether that means going in for a sleep study or just talking to a doctor about the issues I’m experiencing with lack of sleep, I’m open to suggestions if you’ve got ’em.”
