Stevedreez, Cat Janice, GLOSSER — Benefit Concert

Union Stage
740 Water Street SW
Washington DC, D.C. 20024

The Hope for Henry Foundation is thrilled to bring back our Hope for Henry Benefit Concert! Founded in 2003, Hope for Henry is reinventing how hospitals care for children and their families through innovative, scientifically tested programs that help hospitalized kids confront the challenges of serious illness, adhere to their medical plans, and thrive.

The Hope for Henry Foundation currently has programming in 35 hospitals nationwide and has improved the lives of over 100,000 hospitalized children. HFH provides procedure-based incentive programs to help kids successfully complete challenging medical procedures such as MRIs, vaccinations, dressing changes, and more. In addition, there are also program offerings that bring a since of normalcy to patients’ lives such as throwing them birthday parties and celebrating holidays. The Hope for Henry Foundation is rapidly expanding with a goal of having programming in 100 hospitals by 2026 and are excited to make that happen! Every $30 ticket will go directly to supporting patients at Hope for Henry’s partner hospitals.

Hope for Henry Rocks will feature three amazing DMV-based musical artists; Stevedreez, Cat Janice, and GLOSSER:

Stevedreez is a DMV-based singer-songwriter and producer with hits such as HYPNOTIZE and STAY UP. An international man of mystery, Stevedreez is an enigma wrapped inside a feel-good synth of disco & funk-inspired sounds. The visionary epitome of 70s era music from Area 51, his dulcet tones have inspired a fanbase that stretches from Istanbul to Tokyo, or so they say. Stevedreez’ music will leave you in a feel-good dancing mood, while feeling perplexed over the mystification of man.

Alt-pop singer Cat Janice is a force to be reckoned with. Her ethereal voice and groovy lyrics have captivated audiences nationwide, but it’s her personal battle with cancer that truly sets her apart. Having overcome the disease, Cat has channeled her experiences into music, infusing her art with newfound dept and emotional resonance. Through storytelling over punchy bass, her latest work is a raw and vulnerable exploration of live, love, and loss, a testament to her strength and resilience.

Born from beyond the comfort zone, Riley Fanning & Corbin Sheehan of GLOSSER elevate their shimmering aesthetics into a gleaming new form. The pair (led by Fanning’s voice and mind), sought to condense their lighter-than-air sound into something worthy of the dance floor. With their new album, DOWNER, GLOSSER offers a new challenge and reward – a more immediately gratifying pop experience that redefines who they are and what they’re capable of.

Hope for Henry’s Benefit Concert will be a great night filled with music, fun, and supporting a fantastic DC-based non-profit!
