About the Book:

An affirmation of Asian heritage explores myriad contributions in lyrical prose that slips though the consciousness as gently as pearls slip through one’s fingers. Vibrant, sophisticated illustrations celebrating the diversity of Asian culture extend and enhance this exploration. An extensive backstory provides discussion questions with detailed historical references to explore that expands upon the narrative.
