MVT Spring Literature Festival with Performances by Comedy Bonfyre

This isn’t an April Fool! Stop by Milian Park (499 Massachusetts Avenue NW) on Saturday, April 1 to browse used books for $6 & under and listen to original stories presented by some seriously funny folks!

Carpe Librum will be popping-up from 9am-3:30pm with a selection of lightly used books, CDs, and DVDs all for sale under $6. The proceeds from the sale go to support the nonprofit, Turning the Page which works to provide opportunities for parents to actively participate in their children’s education.

MVT CID has also partnered with Comedy Bonfyre to assemble eight DC-based storytellers to recite their original work in Milian Park from 10:30am-12:30pm.
