DC’s premiere dog halloween costume contest is back! Get ready for a paws-itively fun afternoon at Howl to the Chief’s Annual Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 1 PM in Lincoln Park! Registration opens at 12 PM, and the first 150 participants will receive a free swag bag. Bring your furry friends and family to show off your most creative, funny, spooky, or adorable costumes. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in six categories: Best in Show, Funniest Costume, Scariest Costume, Cutest Costume, Best Family/Group Costume, and Best Pet & Owner Look-Alike.
