Ayuda will host its 2026 Chef Series event, From Near and Far, Around One Table, at Fish Shop on Monday, October 5.
The evening will feature a three-course, family-style meal created by Chef Ria Montes, whose experience includes Blue Duck Tavern, The LINE DC’s No Goodbyes, and Capital Food Fight. She has also been recognized by the RAMMY Awards and StarChefs.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for a welcome reception featuring remarks from Chef Ria and an opportunity to meet Ayuda’s leadership. Dinner seating begins at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $175 per person and include the reception, dinner, and a tax-deductible donation of $81.25 to Ayuda. Proceeds support Ayuda’s legal, social, and language-access services for low-income immigrants throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Table seating is available for parties of two to eight. Bar seating is recommended for individual guests. Parties of nine or more should contact [email protected].
