This may be a long shot, but I figured I’d try it. Last Friday, May 8, around 4:40pm, my wife and I were driving north on 13th Street NW. We stopped in the right lane at a red light at the intersection with Kansas Avenue and Quebec Place. When the right turn arrow turned green, we started to turn onto Kansas Avenue. But a white minivan in the left lane cut in front and collided with us. A few other people saw what happened, (more…)
