This is outside a house on 11th St. I’ve never seen a blue Che before. Think about the political significance of that… Wait shouldn’t Che have a star on the beret, who is this?

Yes as a matter of fact, I did feel very weird taking this picture but I knew I’d forget the thought if I didn’t. At any rate, I can’t stand these automatic towel dispensers. By the time you get the sensor to work all the water has run down your arm and it is kind of moot at that point. Plus you look like a lunatic waving your hand in front of it trying to get it to register. Am I wrong? I mean how lazy are we any way? Is this a conservation or sanitation thing, what’s the purpose?

Wouldn’t solid glass look nicer? What is the benefit of having them all divided up like this? I still dig the house though…

13th Street south of Florida constantly is giving stuff away, mattresses, Yanni dvds, and just plain old boxes full of stuff. I actually just wanted the box but I felt bad about dumping all the goods on the sidewalk so I didn’t end up taking it, sigh.

My steps are decrepit. The are very boring concrete with dozens of cracks. So how would you fix them? I like this example of slate and stone. But I also like red brick. What do you think are the best enhancements to steps?

Nice circular stairway up to what is surely is a wicked nice roof deck. Do you think their friends really like them for them or just want to use their roof deck?
All my friends are sending me Christmas/holiday cards. I mean not my family. My friends. Christmas cards. What the hell? That is way too organized and responsible. My friends are drunks. Now their wives are sending me Christmas cards. And I’m touched by them! Holy cow. What the hell happened to me?

They seem to be quite popular along 13th Street. What do you think of these? Do people actually sit in them? Is this a recent trend?
