Back in July we heard that the new restaurant/bar coming to the old Room 11 space would be called Buddy’s – looks that’s now confirmed and they’re getting closer to opening. Thanks to G. for sending from a job announcement:

Sol Mexican Grill is located at 4220 Fessenden St NW and you can see their menu here. They are open 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. (closed Sundays.)

Tthe District Department of Transportation (DDOT) announces the release of the DC Circulator Transit Development Plan 2020 Update Final Recommendations. Proposed changes include the preferred alternative for a new service route for Ward 7 that will connect Deanwood Metro Station to Union Station, and some stop consolidation in the Georgetown-Union Station route that will improve reliability for riders.
