“Dear PoPville,
I’ve recently started commuting downtown by bike, and I wanted to get advice from others on the safest route. I live right off of 14th Street, so the most direct route is for me to go along 14th until I can cut over to the protected bike lanes on 15th Street. But biking through the section around DC USA is so insanely dangerous, especially northbound where cars and delivery trucks are constantly blocking the bike lane (and even the main travel lane). Back in March we learned that Chang Chang was coming to former Mai Thai space on 19th Street, NW.
“Chef Peter Chang and his daughter Lydia Chang announce Chang Chang, a new dual restaurant concept coming to the Dupont Circle neighborhood of downtown Washington D.C this fall. I live in Dupont off 17th street and for WEEKS there has been an unidentifiable loud squeaking noise [video/sound of noise after jump] (like a metal fan in need of wd-40 or a squeaky wheel on a shopping cart) somehow nothing has been done about it and I am unable to discern what direction it is coming from so I’m unable to find whoever or whatever is responsible.
