Not a bad city sign either.

The flier for this condo at 27 Logan Circle says:
“Stunning light filled 3 bdrm 2.5 bath plus Den and a loft facing Logan Cir. Private elevator from secured parking space. 3 levels of living, 35 foot atrium, roof deck, gas fireplace, flat screen TV conveys. 2280 Sq Ft.”
More details and a “virtual tour” can be found here.
Holy canoli is all I can say. But is it a reasonable deal for the odd price of $981,725? I promised myself I wouldn’t go a penny over $972,289…

I also caught this guy painting the monument which was pretty cool. It’s a pretty tough spot to beat. Hard to imagine what it was like 20 years ago.

14th and R Street, NW
Now you really can’t miss Miss Pixie’s on 14th Street. What do you think: pretty cool or a bit too bright?

I noted the Lululemon impending opening on P Street in Logan last month. But for those who truly love lululemon I thought you’d be excited to see that the sign went in.

I saw a bunch of these fliers around the Logan Circle Area (this one was outside Whole Foods on P St.). Do you think they’ll recoup the cost of the signs?

And fresh fish painting underneath (note the tiny flying fish as well).

I don’t think I’ve given much attention to the incredible homes around Logan Circle. Obviously this house is sick but I’m wondering what stone was used? It’s hard to believe that many would not consider purchasing homes in Logan Circle not that long ago.

Thanks to a reader for sending the news.
“For all your loyal readers who practice yoga (of which I feel safe to assume there are a few), a great yoga apparel store is opening across from Whole Foods on P street” (1515 Fifteenth St).
I’m pretty sure a friend of mine who does yoga is infatuated with this store. Anyone familiar with it?

Anyone recognize it?
