Here’s another cool building located on K Street not far from the sweet facade we looked at last week. It appears this building was a school, Franklin School, at one point. Anyone know what it is now? Dig the look?

This building is located at 1315 K Street, NW. It has one of the most amazing facades I’ve seen in the city. I think today it is part of a hotel but does anyone know the origin of this building?

This is a downtown restaurant located at 1009 21st Street, NW. They received rather average reviews on Yelp. I seem to recall that there were some Korean restaurant fans so I’m wondering if anyone has checked them out? If so how was the food as well as the prices?

The Mayur Kabab House is located at 1108 K Street, NW. Their Web site says:
“We are specialize in Indian, Pakistani kabab and curry cuisine. We provide catering for all the occasion like birth day, wedding and langer. for over 9 years, we have been providing quality service for each and every occasion in a pleasant atmosphere.”
So what’s a “langer”? But more importantly how’s the food?
