This super cool row house also has a potential best spot for a morning cup of coffee. The weather was so awesome this weekend, best coffee spots were jumping out all over the place.

While I’m not digging the fake flower fence out front, this style of house is one of my favorite row houses.

I’m always facisnated by the particular brick used on this home. There are a few other examples of this type of brick in Adams Morgan, I think. Do you think the fourth floor is original to this home or a pop up?

This is one of the oddest row houses I’ve ever come across. It’s also one of my favorites. Notice it has a wild bay front window on the first floor plus a cool roof deck in the front. It’s from the Dupont area.

I like to show interesting painted brick options when I find them. This one is from LeDroit Park. Even though it was a very rainy day when I took this photo you could spot the house from a mile away. I gotta say, I like it. I know there are those that don’t like any painted brick. But for those that do – what do you think of this color?

This is a rather unusual one. I particularly like the balcony up top.

Last two Cap Hill rowhouses for this week. Above I dug the shutters and below I found the front door placing unusual.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a row house with great circular rooms like this.

These unusual ones were found on Capitol Hill in a row of more traditional looking houses.
