Time to share the joys of Blagden Alley again. If you have a carriage house craving like I get from time to time, head here:
and enjoy:

It’s a classic Woodley Park row house but I was really taken by the old school screen door.

I can’t believe I forgot to post some houses with bunting 4th of July week. Please accept this belated one from Shaw.

This great one is located in the Woodland-Normanstone neighborhood. Not sure the photo does it proper justice but it’s a pretty interesting one.

Probably one of Shaw/Logan Circle’s most recognizable houses. No matter how many times I pass it, it still makes me smile.

One of my all time favorite rowhouses (from Columbia Heights).

This Logan Circle beauty continues to blow my hair back every time I pass it.

I was gonna make this the house porn post for this week but it turns out it just sold on June 30th. It could’ve been yours for $1,440,000 at 1607 S St, NW.

The dope sky home at 1841 Park Road, NW sold a month ago. Looks like it went for around $2 million. One of my all time favorites.
