House of the Day

This beauty is right on Logan Circle. It’s hard for me to imagine that not that long ago most of these homes had fallen into serious disrepair.

This one is just so damn cool! Every time I pass it I want to sit on one of those killer balconies. It’s in Shaw near the 9:30 club by 10th St, NW.

This building used to be a terrible eyesore on the 600 block of Irving St, NW. I recently walked by and was psyched to see it in such fine form.

This beauty is from 16th St, NW I think the cross the street is around Church or Swann. And you know you’re a badass house when you have one of these:

I love the roof over the balcony from this one in Columbia Heights.

This one’s all about the bay window up top.
