I love these two houses from the U St/Shaw area. Which do you like better?

This north Cleveland Park home has it all including a killer wrap around porch. But I’m super intrigued about the room all the way up top:

This great one is from Foggy Bottom. It’s kinda hard to see all the great details but I’ll try to show to cool parts:

We’ve checked out some great bungalows in Petworth, 16th Street Heights, and Brightwood but there’s also a good group like the one above in Cleveland Park.

This house from north Cleveland Park is more unusual than one of my favorites. Though I am a huge fan of the stairs:

This house on the 1300 block of Monroe St, NW is getting a bay window. As a huge fan of bay windows I had to give them props. I hope it comes out looking good. I’ll be sure to post when it’s completed.

I’m digging the double balcony here in north Cleveland Park, plus they’ve got a wild lawn decoration:

This Capitol Hill home looks it could’ve come straight out of a movie. All you need is a tall glass of lemonade. Or a mojito…

I think it’s actually serving as law office today but I’m digging the brownstone.
