Here’s another great one very close to yesterday’s. Yesterday’s is gonna be tough to beat for a while but the back of this one is pretty killer too:

And as a bonus this side gate has one of the best knockers in town:

This super fresh one is from Hill East. It’s one of the most clever renovations (from the outside) that I’ve seen in a long time.

From head on it’s easy to miss how cool it is – the only indication of a reno is the steel front door:

This unusual one is from Capitol Hill and looks a lot like another one (that’s a bit wider, but same general style) also from Capitol Hill. Anyone know the name of this style? Is it from the 70s? Any fans?

The 1300 block of Corcoran St, NW is one of my favorite in the city. So many cool row houses like this one.

I’m always stopped in my tracks when I see this one from near H St, NE. Check out the details all the way up top.

This super cool one is from Capitol Hill. Looking at it straight on you have no idea how far back it really goes.

But what really caught my eye were the really unusual windows:

I’ve been fascinated by this Georgetown house for years. At this point, I can’t wait for it to go on sale so we can get a look at the inside. I’m guessing it’ll go for $2 million minimum.

This is the most meticulously maintained house ivy I’ve ever seen. I have to admit it was pretty sweet.
