We harvested lettuce for a few months, culminating in a day where we harvested 57 small heads of lettuce (lots of which was washed and given to friends and neighbors)…Also, here is the season’s garlic harvest and an average week of kale, mint and burgundy beans.The tomatoes and peppers are raging so our dinners will all include purple beans, bell peppers and tomatoes for the foreseeable future.”
