I keep trying to find a catch here, but this looks really nice. Well the monthly coop fee is fairly high – $508. What do you think of the condo itself? It was originally going for $349,000 but is now listed at $285,000.


This has been a tough week for restaurants closing. I’m not sure when but, Singapore bistro recently closed at 1134 19th St, NW. Anyone know when they closed? I had always meant to get to them for a ‘judging restaurants’ post. Were there any fans?
