Ed. Note: Park Place is a PoP advertiser. However, lots of people ask me about this property and bring it up when we look at other rentals nearby (like yesterday). So I figured it was time to give it its own post – does $1680 sound reasonable for a 1 bedroom here?

Ed. Note: there is also a $35 application fee. Yesterday some folks thought that was an indication of fraud. I believe many apartments have a legit $35 fee. Of course you always have to be cautious with Craigslist.

This looks like it might be a great deal – $1395 for a 2 bedroom sound reasonable for this location?

I’ve been curious about Waterfront apartments. Does $1200 sound reasonable for this one? What do you think of the neighborhood?

Does $1095 sound reasonable for a studio at this location? In comparison I’d like to show one more studio that I found.
This one is located at Garfield Street at Cathedral Avenue, NW. The Craigslist ad says:
