Sunday, February 15 around 2:15pm at NOMA Gallaudet metro station. I was seated on the train and you came in and sat across the aisle from me, the car was relatively empty. The train was on the side of the tracks, as if going to Glenmont, however Metro was single tracking so when the train started moving, it went towards Union Station.
