Red’s tail never stops wagging! He clearly wants to please and is so happy to be with a family. Red loves to hang out with humans, and enjoys chilling on the couch with the 4-year-old and 7-year-old children in his foster home. He likes snuggling with them and seeks them out for cuddles and pets. Red is learning house manners — he nabs the occasional stuffie or shoe and gets into some counter-surfing mischief — but he reacts well when he’s corrected and is quickly learning. This good looking fellow is mostly retired from hunting, with one exception: looking for a forever home! Adopt Red!

Gravy is a kitty in need of some belly scratches! In addition to the belly business, there’s a lot more to love about Gravy. She’s a curious kitty who would surely make an adventure out of exploring your home and finding the comfiest sleeping spots (as long as there aren’t *too* many loud noises). Gravy is also playful, and she respectfully requests that you bring your best toy-tossing and ribbon-wiggling skills to playtime. And as a slightly older and wiser girl, Gravy already has great manners when it comes to the litter box and the scratching post. After she’s finished with the day’s activities (aka showing that ribbon who’s boss), Gravy would love to snuggle on your lap. She particularly enjoys being brushed and will communicate her thanks with a hearty purr. Adopt Gravy!

Bunny: Federico was rescued in College Park, MD near a diner. He is a sweet boy who loves to be petted on his head. If you sit with him on the floor, he will enjoy climbing all over you. He loves to dig in his cardboard box and tug and chew at cotton towels. He is a good hay eater and particularly enjoys it stuffed into an empty toilet paper roll. He prefers to savor his veggies and pellets and may take a while to finish everything. To adopt Federico, please fill out an application here!

Meet Owl! This cool kitty cat is a playful girl who adores pets, toys, and “window TV.” Though Owl has her curious cat moments, she can still be a little nervous with new things. However, having a “safe space” like a blanket helps ease this sweetheart. Also, bedtime snuggles–Owl loves bedtime snuggles! Owl has the most ADORABLE meow! She will greet her people with a sweet sound or if she’s hungry. She just loves to eat and is very treat motivated. This darling feline with the soft fur has such thoughtful interactions with humans, though she would also do well in a family with other furfriends. Be wise like an owl and put in an application today for this special, stunning girl! More info about 2 y/o, 8 lb long-haired Owl here.

Demi is an adorable easy-going dog! Her favorite time of day is dog park time, and she loves to run around with her doggie friends! She is very inquisitive and loves to sniff everything she can get her nose on on walks! This 2 y/o, 70 lb Shepherd mix is a wonderful companion and is up for anything, whether it be a long hike, a nap on the couch, or dinner outside with friends. While some loud city noises can scare her, Demi is generally a gem to walk on the leash. At home, she loves to snuggle on the couch but can also entertain herself if needed. Chew toys and bones are her favorite too. Apply to adopt this good girl here.
