There was a time when organized snowball fights first emerged in DC. Thanks to cellphones, the internet/Facebook and a little mischief word quickly spread. And we hadn’t had a really good snow in a while so folks were pretty giddy about what would become known as snowpocalpyse/snowmageddon (the snow storms from December 2009 into January/February 2010.)
