For a hot second the space was planned on becoming Lagos DC, “serving West African cuisine”…

Whilst checking on an Amazon delivery for a package today, Amazon also provides a map of the delivery location. That map also reflected a place called “Bourbon Boulevard DC” along 7th St NW, at the previous location of the District Chophouse and Brewery – which closed a few years ago.
