Due to complications with the previous show in Boston, Shakira’s full tour production cannot be transported to Washington, D.C. in time for her scheduled performance at Nationals Park on Saturday, May 31. As a result, the D.C. show has been canceled. Despite every effort to make it happen, it is not possible to move forward as planned. Go Fund Me for a wonderful teacher at our neighborhood daycare. Nancy’s husband suffered a serious traumatic brain injury on Mother’s Day and has been hospitalized ever since. Nancy has been juggling caring for their children and dealing with this major medical crisis. She is a wonderful person, adored by the toddlers she cares for, and I would love to support her during this extraordinarily difficult time.”

“Nancy Eaton is a wonderful, kind, and energetic teacher at Broadcasters Child Development Center (BCDC) in Tenleytown. She takes care of and teaches children ages 12 to 18 months in the Bunnies Two classroom. Ms. Nancy joined BCDC in 2024 and has already become an important part of the BCDC community, beloved by the children in her care.
