Petunia the Clown, for more than a decade she has blended comedy, magic, face painting, balloon sculpting and some story-telling, 2:30-4:30
Cars from the 56th Antique Auto Assembly, Oktoberfest coincides with annual event sponsored by the Armed Forces Retirement Home and the Capitol Model T Club.
