“Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department have announced a suspect has been arrested in connection with a Kidnapping of an infant.
An 8-month-old boy Jh’mere Narjae Holloway was in the company of a known adult female and was last seen on Sunday, September 1, 2013, in the 1400 block of Taylor Street, NW.
The suspect in this case has been identified as 21-year-old Jessica Walls of Bowie, MD. She was arrested on Sunday, September 8, 2013 and charged with kidnapping.”
