Until last week I only passed these mosaics by car. But I always wondered what they were. Walking by I found half the answer. It was a sorta fundraiser called the hopscotch kids. Continues after the jump.
Sadly the thorough explanation was across the street and it felt a bit too perilous to cross for me. I never realized how sweet the actual mosaics were:
