I noticed a building permit had gone up on one of the retail spaces across from Dunkin Donuts at 2701 14th St, NW in Columbia Heights. Asking in around – folks on the street say a new pharmacy will be filling the space. Makes sense since a new doctor’s office/urgent care center is coming in right across the street as well.
