Back in Dec. ’10 we first heard that the Starfish Cafe could be closing. Barracks Row Main Street says they should be open in a month or so as Lavagna Italian Cuisine. I’ll be sure to revisit when they open.
Starfish Cafe was located at 539 8th St., SE.
