“Dear PoPville,
Are you aware that Tavern 18 abruptly closed earlier Wednesday? There were numerous US marshalls outside the building and they were waiting for the owner to arrive. Apparently
the owner was not paying rent and they were evicted. The business owner and staff had to remove all of their belongings from the tavern.”
Phone calls to Tavern 18 went unanswered today and their Social Media has not been updates since January.
This space was previously home to Macintyre’s Pub and before them the space was home to Taste of India.
Updates as more is learned.
