“We closed because our landlord raised our rent from $12,000/month to $20,000/month back in May. We’ve been negotiating with the landlord but he refused to lower it at all. And we won’t pay that price.
Please come visit us at 1822 Jefferson Pl NW for your hoagie needs!”
Edwyn writes: “It was a heart break for us To close, yet yes, to Michael’s comment, we can’t survive under the rent they were asking. We did our best to keep our team intact at Dupont. We kept the team as intact as it could be.”
