From an email: “Snow Crane is returning to Little Pearl on Capitol Hill for a second residency, running Sunday through Tuesday, 10am–2pm, from August 16th through the end of September.
Since our first residency wrapped, we’ve heard from many people who missed the chance to stop by, along with lovely feedback from those who did. That momentum carried right through our recent collaboration with Uchi DC and Mr. Yamazaki, and we’re excited to bring that same energy and product sourcing philosophy back to Little Pearl for another seven weeks, with the same, but more experienced team and the same care behind every scoop.”
