Learn the basics of fermenting in a hands-on workshop where we’ll walk through simple, approachable techniques, and then let you dive in and make your own small-batch ferments. We’ll provide everything you need — mason jars, airlocks, and all the supplies and ingredients — though you’re welcome to bring your own produce if you’d like (just not jars). Everyone will head home with two jars of their own homemade ferments and the confidence to keep experimenting in their own kitchen.
