Holy moly long time coming.
Ri Ra Irish Pub closed here back in January 2020. Ri Ra Irish Pub had opened in the former Mie N Yu space back in late December 2013.
The new liquor license placard posted for a to be named spot (though licensed to Freedom Alley, LLC) says:

“New Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern with a Seating Capacity of 105 and a Total Occupancy Load of 140. The Licensee is also requesting an Entertainment Endorsement and the Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement.”
