“I was walking by the now infamous Wendy’s on Georgia Avenue this afternoon and saw someone actually working.
They were painting the handicapped parking spaces. It’s the first time I’ve seen someone inside the fence in MONTHS!
(Hard to see but the worker is wearing a neon vest.)”
