I am curious to know the opinions of DC residents about whether they think rat/pest abatement is a worthwhile expense.
I specifically would like to know if people think that a rowhouse converted into a 3-unit condo building needs to put out rat traps on the alley they share with 15+ other units .. all of which have trash cans and such that attract rats ..
