Apparently the strange building at 1647 Lamont St, NW in Mt. Pleasant is being demolished/renovated and has been doing so without permitting, which makes sense given the noise.
Anyways, I hope it doesn’t come crashing down into my apartment! Has that sort of thing happened in DC?
And apparently it’s for sale… (listed as 16 Unit Apartment Building $3,100,000)”
