My alley was three weeks no recycling pick up but finally got picked up today! (Trash had been picked up on time.) We spoke about recycling woes last week. here.

“I could not help but notice that the DofC didn’t collect the garbage in my alley for two weeks but the recycle folks did I wonder if they are the same team. And I know we had snow so all things considered, this is a fail.”
