Has anyone else not had recycling collection in three weeks now? I live in Eckington in NE DC and our alleyways are full of overflowing blue bins and recycling still trash collection resumed, but not recycling for whatever reason
I filed requests with 311 last week and this week, but nothing has happened. I’m wondering if the plows or city trucks can better clear / salt back alleys in the future to help ensure these services can proceed“
