The liquor license application for DC Capitol Square Bar & Grill at H Street says:
“The Establishment will be a Tavern serving American cuisine. The Total Occupancy Load inside the premises is 130 with seating for 125. Sidewalk Café with a Total Occupancy Load of 105 and seating for 100. Entertainment Endorsement with Dancing and Cover Charge inside of the premises only. Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement.”
