A woman in a red Jeep with Virgina tags pulled out in front of me as I was cycling north on 14th Street NW in the bike lane (Thursday around 5:30pm). She turned off of Wallach onto 14th Street NW and then proceeded to stop in the bike lane as if to park.
I fell off my bike as a result which caused me a slight injury. Another cyclist came along and confronted her and got a photo of her plate. He continued traveling north on 14th Street after assisting me. I’d like to get her info from him and report her to the police.“
