Monday (6/17), I witnessed an accident in Petworth around 3:45 pm when a white van and a silver sedan turned right simultaneously onto 7th St from New Hampshire Ave.
I realized too late that I should’ve gone back to give them my number in case they needed a witness for insurance purposes.
