I was walking by 701 Monroe Street NE this morning and I noticed that the Bozzuto staff at the Everton building was moving some items in storage out of the purported Trader Joe’s location here in Brookland.
I crossed the street and talked with two of the staff and they are saying that the TJ’s construction is supposed to start next month!! They were very excited. Just wanted to share. It’s happening!!!!”
