a red-tailed hawk staring into a USDA HQ office (in the Whitten Building on the National Mall) probably admiring somebody’s hyper-complicated Excel spreadsheet,
and a family of mallards huddled on the USDA HQ’s driveway: all within the span of 30 minutes!”
