Shilling will launch a new extended neighborhood Happy Hour menu on April 3rd with four new and returning Ampersandwich items featured on the menu: the Baltimore Pit Beef inspired by Chef Shilling’s Maryland heritage with seven ounces of pit beef and creamy horseradish sauce on a griddled benne bun; the McReid with St. Louis style ribs and pork shoulder on a benne bun with sour dills and red onion; the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with buttermilk fried chicken breast, house-made hot honey, pickles, mayo and iceberg lettuce; and the double decker AmpBurger with two house-ground chuck patties, cheddar cheese, sour dills, lettuce, and white onions served with the restaurant’s proprietary Amp Sauce. Guests may enjoy their sandwiches with $6 Draft Beers, $10 glasses of red, white, and sparkling House Wines, or a $10 Five Sisters Fizz cocktail made with basil infused vodka, preserved 5 Sisters Farm blackberries, lemon, mint, and sparkling wine. During the new menu’s first week, happy hour specials will be available from open to close Wednesday through Saturday at the restaurant’s bar and garden patio. Throughout the rest of April, the new menu will be available Wednesday through Friday from 5pm until 7pm.

Shilling Canning Company is located at 350 Water Street SE.”
