This single-family home located in Columbia Heights offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main floor has an open concept living/dining area that flows into the kitchen. The deck and fenced yard are accessible through a beautiful set of French doors at the rear of the house. Laundry is also located on this level.

Two light-filled bedrooms, and a large full bath, are located on the 2nd level of the home. Both rooms are spacious and have nicely-sized closets. The basement level is finished and useable as additional living space or third bedroom. This lower level features the second full bathroom, utility and storage closets, and access to the rear of the property.

This property is located 0.5 miles from the Columbia Heights metro station and 0.7 miles from the Petworth Avenue metro station. The home is also located close to local businesses along Sherman Avenue, 11th Street, the 15th Street corridor and Georgia Avenue!
